Return Policy

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and leave you satisfied.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 30 days from receiving your item to return the order, no questions asked. We'll confirm your request by email once it's submitted.

Under EU consumer rights, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days.

Personalized products are made exclusively for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they have a manufacturer's defect.

Defective or incorrect items: if you've received a faulty or wrong product, please take photos and include them along with a description of the issue when submitting your return.

Please note the following regarding shipping costs:

  • Returns due to reasons not attributable to BURGA are the customer's responsibility to ship back.
  • Returns due to a defect or incorrect item being sent will be covered by BURGA.
  • Eyewear returns are always free. If you're not happy with your frames, contact us within 30 days and we'll provide a returns slip and instructions at no charge.

All returns must be sent to our official return address in Lithuania.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 1-3 business days.
