We bought this case for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I initially took it out of the package and thought it was broken, but soon realized it was operator error. The QR code took us to an

instructional video and she had zero issues with it. It's a well-made product and very pretty. Shipping was surprisingly fast, even during the holidays.
